Clients must provide accurate access information. We are not responsible for delays caused by access issues.

 

 

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

 

Reasonable notice is requested for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may be subject to fees.

 

 

5. Service Limitations

 

We are not responsible for:

 

• Pre existing damage

• Normal wear and tear

• Undisclosed fragile or valuable items

• Mold remediation or hazardous material cleanup unless agreed in writing
